APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Wellness with Chip is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. No-shows, late shows and cancellations prevent another patient from being seen. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waitlist. We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Please note that if there is more than one missed appointment or late cancellation, we reserve the right to collect a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointments in the future. This policy is put in place to ensure fairness to all of our clients who may be trying to book an appointment with us. We would like to remind you of our policies regarding missed appointments. CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT

In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, please be courteous and call us promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. Our healthcare providers & aestheticians want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.

  

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

To cancel your appointment, please call _________________. If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and telephone number. We will return your call promptly.

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled without a 48-hour advance notice. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

NO SHOW POLICY

A “no-show” refers to a patient who fails to turn up for their appointment without informing us in advance. This includes arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time. Such instances will be recorded on the patient’s chart as a “no-show”. We have a policy in place that “no-shows” will be charged 50% of the amount for the reserved service. It is important to note that after a missed appointment or late cancellation, we reserve the right to collect a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. This policy is intended to ensure that all clients who need our services can have a fair chance to book appointments with us.
